AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
SECTIONS 30 -43; 30-47; 30 -48; and 30 -281 FOR FULLER
AND SON HARDWARE LOCATED AT 8924 GARDNER
ROAD (Z6041, BP #96 -004).

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for
deferral of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan of the
City of Little Rock for Fuller and Son Hardware located at 8924 Gardner Road, as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 30 -43 be deferred to allow the two drives within
the interior or the lot frontage to remain until a sidewalk is constructed on the
frontage or five (5) years whichever occurs first.
Subsection b. That Section 3047 be deferred to permit the asphalt driveway
apron to remain until a coordinated project is undertaken to improve the
drainage in the frontage or a period of five (5) years which ever occurs first.
Subsection c. That Section 30 -48 be deferred to allow the driveway to extend
beyond the face of the curb until the apron is replaced with a concrete apron as
required by subsection b.
Subsection d. That Section 30 -281 be deferred that requires the construction
of new curb and gutter in place of the driveway aprons once removed
according to the provisions of subsection a.
Subsection e. That Section 30 -281 that requires standard roadway or drainage
improvements be deferred until a cooperative project with the City to improve
the drainage can be coordinated or five (5) years whichever occurs first.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
