AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF
COMMERCIAL STREET REQUIREMENTS FOR FULLER
AND SON HARDWARE (Z- 6041), AND LOCATED AT
8924 GARDNER ROAD, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for
waiver of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan of the
City of Little Rock for Fuller and Son Hardware (Z- 6041), and located at 8924 Gardner Road,
as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -282, right -of -way and pavement width, be
waived for Fuller and Son Hardware to allow a fifty (50) foot right -of -way and
existing twenty seven (27) foot pavement width versus commercial street sixty
(60) foot right -of -way and thirty six (36) foot pavement.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
