AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A MODIFICATION
OF A PLANNED COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT
TITLED BUNNELL'S SHORT -FORM PCD AND
PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT,OF A PD -O
DISTRICT AND AN 0-3 ZONED CLASSIFICATION
AT 1517 CANTRELL ROAD (Z- 4080 -A), LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
14,557 AND CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. .
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from Short -Form PCD
Planned Commercial District to Short -Form Planned
Development Commercial and 0-3 General Office District.
A parcel of land in the Northwest corner of Section 3,
T -1 -N, R -12 -W located at 1517 Cantrell Road, Little
Rock, Arkansas, being more particularly described as
follows:
That Lot 5, Block 361 J. H. Morley's Addition be
reclassified from PCD Planned Commercial District to O-
3 General Office District and that Lot 6, Block 361 J.
H. Morley's Addition be reclassified from PCD Planned
Commercial District to Short -Form PD -C Planned
Development Commercial.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That.the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Bunnell's Short -Form Planned Zoning
District on Lot 6, Block 361 J. H. Morley's Addition is
established for purposes of recognizing the existing
commercial outdoor advertising structure as a continuing use
of the property and that Ordinance No. 14,557 creating the
Bunnell's Short -Form PCD be amended to provide,for the
reclassification of Lot 5 as 0-3 General Office District.
SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 31 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and 3
be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
