AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,.
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 4175 -E - Described as part of the NE 1/4 of
the NW 1/4 of Section 15, T -1 -N, R -13 -W,
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas being
more particularly described as follows:
Starting at the SW corner of the NE 1/4 of the
NW 1/4 of said Section 15; thence N88 042134 "E
along the South line of said NE 1/4 of the NW
1/4 a distance of 70.14 to the POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence NO2 021140" East 617.26 feet
to a point on the Northerly right -of -way line
of a 30' wide strip to be used for Aldersgate
Road as recorded in instrument No. 87- 33011;
thence along said Northerly right -of -way line
along a curve to the left having a radius of
320.00 feet, an arc length of 223.06 feet and a
chord which bears N69 003143" East 218.57 feet;
thence S88 055112" East 270.00 feet; thence
S02 021140" West 679.71 feet to a point on the
said South line of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4;
thence S88 042134" West along said South line
471.64 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING
containing 7.196 acres, more or less: From
"MF -12" Multifamily to 'IMF-18" Multifamily
District. (Located in the 3000 Block of
Aldersgate Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 thereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
