AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -6130 - Described as part of Tract Four (4)
of Home Acres, in Pulaski County, Arkansas,
according to the Plat of record in Plat Book
2 at Page 144, more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said
Tract 4; thence East along the North line of
said Tract 4, 75.0 feet; thence South and
parallel to the West line of Tract 4, a
distance of 302,.0 feet (call 305 feet);
thence West, 75.0 feet; thence North along
the West line of said Tract 4, a distance of
300.0 feet (call 305 feet) to the point of
beginning, located upon and lying wholly
within the East 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the SE
1/4 of Section 25, T -1 -N, R -13 -W: From "R -2"
Single Family District to "I -2" Light
Industrial District. (6112 Forbing Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 thereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
