AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY LAND USE
PLAN (16,222) IN THE 65TH STREET EAST
DISTRICT, NORTHWEST OF THE FORBING /GEYER
SPRINGS ROAD INTERSECTION FROM COMMERCIAL
TO INDUSTRIAL, AND FOR OTHER MATTERS.
WHEREAS, the Neighborhoods and Planning Staff after review of
the area believes it is appropriate to modify the Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission after discussion of the
issue at a.public hearing recommends the Plan be modified.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. An area northwest of the Forbing /Geyer Springs
Intersection is changed from Commercial to Industrial.
SECTION 2. The Plan Map'is amended as shown on the attached
sketch Map.
