ORDINANCE NO.. 17-195'
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO.
15,320 AND REVOKING A PLANNED ZONING
DISTRICT TITLED MEADOW PARK VILLAGE
LONG -FORM PRD (Z -4853) ON NORTH SIDE OF
BASELINE ROAD ONE -HALF MILE WEST OF
STAGECOACH ROAD, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15,320 was passed on July 21,
1987 establishing a Planned Zoning District; and
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 36,
of the Code of Ordinances established a three (3) year
preliminary approval limit for development; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has failed
to complete the conditions of approval within the specified
time line, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to repeal the "PZD" Ordinance
and restore the zoning classification as previously existed.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 15,320 is hereby
repealed, removing from the official zoning map the
classification Planned Residential District titled Meadow
Park Village Long -Form PRD on the north side of Baseline
Road one -half mile west of Stagecoach Road.
SECTION 2. That the property described as:
A tract of land lying in the SE 1/4, SW 1/4, and
part of the NE 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 32, T -1 -N, R-
13-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows: Beginning at the SE corner
of the said SE 1/4, SW 1/4, said point also being
on the North right -of -way line of Baseline Road;
thence N89022101 "W along said right -of -way and
South line of said SE 1/4, SW 1/4, 1,298.22 feet
to the SW corner of the SE 1/4, SW 1/4; thence
N00003106" East along the West line of said SE
1/4, SW 1/4, 2,481.92 feet; thence 558025147 "E,
328.35 feet; thence 500003'06 "W, 260.0 feet
thence 589056'53 "E, 152.0 feet; thence
545037.20 "E, 169.5 feet; thence S00003.07 "W, 235.0
feet; thence 589056153 "E, 385.0 feet; thence
500003107 "w, 280.0 feet; thence 589056153 "E, 360
feet to the East line of said SW 1/4; thence
500003107 "W along said East line 1,430.0 feet to
the point of beginning containing 2,395,628.81
feet or 55.0 acres less and except the following:
Part of the SE 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 32, T -1 -N, R-
13-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the NW corner of said Section 32;

along the South line of the NW 1/4, NW 1/4 of said

SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect
thirty (30) days from and after its passage and approval.
