AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO.
14,853 AND REVOKING A PLANNED ZONING
DISTRICT TITLED MCGEE SHORT -FORM PRD
(Z- 4415), 400 FEET SOUTH OF CLAREMORE
DRIVE ON RESERVOIR ROAD, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 14,853 was passed on April 2,
1985 establishing a Planned Zoning District; and
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 36,
of the Code of Ordinances established a three (3) year
preliminary approval limit for development; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has failed
to complete the conditions of approval within the specified
time line, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to repeal the "PZD" Ordinance
and restore the zoning classification as previously existed.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 14,853 is hereby
repealed, removing from the official zoning map the
classification Planned Commercial District titled McGee
Short -Form, 400 feet South of Claremore Drive on the west
side of Reservoir Road.
SECTION 2. That the property described as: Lot No.
1, McWOrthen Subdivision be restored to R -2 Single Family as
existed prior to the adoption of Ordinance No. 14,853.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect
thirty (30) days from and after its passage and approval.
