AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO.
14,669 AND REVOKING A PLANNED ZONING
DISTRICT TITLED HEALTHY LAWNS AND SHRUBS
SHORT -FORM (Z- 3969 -A) AT 7919 WEST
CAPITOL AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 14,669 was passed on June 5,
1984 establishing a Planned Zoning District; and
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 36,
of the Code of Ordinances established a three (3) year
preliminary approval limit for development; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has failed
to complete the conditions of approval within the specified
time line, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to repeal the "PZD" Ordinance
and restore the zoning classification as previously existed.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 14,669 is hereby
repealed, removing from the official zoning map the
classification Planned Commercial District titled Healthy
Lawn and Shrubs Short -Form at 7919 west Capitol Avenue.
SECTION 2. That the property described as:
Part of the West 1/2, East 1/2, West 1/2, NW
1/4, SE 1/4, Section 2, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas. more particularly described
as: Beginning at the NW corner West 1/2, East
1/2, West 1/2, NW 1/4, SE 1/4, Section 2, T -1 -N,
R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas; thence East
along the South right -of -way of West 5th Street
to the East line of the West 1/2, East 1/2, West
1/2, NW 1/4, SE 1/4, 330 feet; thence South
along said East line 293 feet to the North line
of Rock Creek Floodway Boundary; thence
N51 026147 "W along North line of Rock Creek
Floodway Boundary to the West line of said NW
1/4, SE 1/4 421.98 feet; thence North along said
NW 1/4, SE 1/4 30 feet to the point of beginning
be restored to R -2 Single Family District as
existed prior to the adoption of Ordinance No.
14,669.

SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect
thirty (30) days from and after its passage and approval.
