AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO.
14,621 AND REVOKING A PLANNED ZONING
DISTRICT TITLED OWENS SHORT -FORM PCD
(Z- 3918 -B) AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 14,621 was passed on March 7,
1984 establishing a Planned Zoning District; and
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 36,
of the Code of Ordinances established a three (3) year
preliminary approval limit for development; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has failed
to complete the conditions of approval within the specified
time line, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to repeal the "PZD" Ordinance
and restore the zoning classification as previously existed.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 14,621 is hereby
repealed, removing from the official zoning map the
classification Planned Commercial District titled Owens
Short -Form PCD at the Southwest corner of Baseline Road at
Dailey Drive.
SECTION 2. That the property described as: Kerr
Commercial Plat be restored to 0-3 General Office and R -2
Single Family as existed prior to the adoption of Ordinance
No. 14,621.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect
thirty (30) days from and after its passage and approval.
