AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
z -6113 - Described as part of the west 1/2 NW
1/4 NW 1/4, Section 10, T -1 -N, R -13 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, commencing at the
Northwest corner of Section 10; thence East
25.0 feet; thence S01042.30 "W, 900.0 feet to
the point of beginning, thence S88027105 "E,
616.5 feet to a point on the west right -of-
way of Kaufman Road, thence S01 034138 "W,
227.0 feet along said right -of -way; thence
N88026,03 "W, 612.3 feet to a point on the
East right -of -way of Shackleford Road; thence
N00015151 "W, 138.4 feet along said right -of-
way; thence N01042130 "E, 88.5 feet along said
right -of -way to the point of beginning,
containing 139,427 square feet for 3.20 acres
more or less; from "0-3" General Office to
"0-2" Office and Institutional District.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
