AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -6105 - Described as a part of the NE 1/4 of
the SE 1/4 of Section 34, Township 1 North,
Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and
being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the SE corner of said NE 1/4 of
the SE 1/4, Section 34; thence NO10291E
128.59 feet along the East line of said NE
1/4 of SE 1/4, Section 34 to a found iron pin
on the North right -of -way of Mabelvale Pike
for the point of beginning. Thence continue
N01019'E, 676.20 feet along the East line of
said NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 34;
thence S89 040130 "w, 138.90 feet; thence
5010191W, 559.15 feet to a found iron pin;
thence S46 032137 "E, 120.62 feet measured
(S47038'E, 119.75 Plat of Record); thence
S19 021'23 "B, 43.53 feet measured (S21024'E,
43.85 feet Plat of Record) to a found iron
pin on the North right -of -way of Mabelvale
Pike; thence N77 047102 "E, 35.02 feet to the
point of beginning and containing 2.0 acres
more or less: From "R -2" Single Family to
"R -7A" Manufactured Home District. (8800
Mabelvale Pike)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
