ORDINANCE NO. 17,177 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated: Z- 3875 -B - Described as part of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 10, Township 1 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows: Starting at the Northeast corner of the said Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 10; thence South 02030'06" West along the East line of said Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 a distance of 50.75 feet; thence South 87042'47" West 30.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING on the Westerly right -of- way line of Junior Deputy Road (60'R /W); thence South 02030106" West along said Westerly right -of -way 626.78 feet; thence North 87048'35" West 350.05 feet; thence North 02030'06" East 638.02 feet to a point on the proposed Southerly right -of -way line of Kanis Road (90' R /W); thence South 88022'17" East along said Southerly right -of- way line 334.84 feet; thence along a curve to the right having a radius of 15.00 feet, an arc length of 23.74 feet and a chord which bears South 43006'41" East 21.34 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING containing 5.142 acres more or less; from 110-3" General Office and "OS" Open Space to 110-3" General Office. (Southwest corner of Kanis Road and Jr. Deputy Road) SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. m 1= r 29u SECTION 3.
