HomeMy WebLinkAbout171760 ORDINANCE NO 17,176 0 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated: Z- 3371 -E - Described as a part of the North 1/2, Section 21, lying South of Colonel Glenn Road, in Township 1 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the center of said Section 21, thence S87 046138 "E along the center line of Section 21 for a distance of 447.7 feet to the West right -of -way line of Interstate 430; thence NO3 033100 11E along said West right -of- way line 432.5 feet to a Point of Beginning; thence continuing along the West right -of -way line of Interstate 430 the following courses and distances: N00033'00 "E, 680.0 feet; N21018'30 11W, 532.6 feet; N14027'56 "W, 285.9 feet, N88054159 "W, 369.4 feet; and N85013'32 "W, 75.0 feet to the South right -of- way line of Colonel Glenn Road; thence S67028159 11W along said South right -of -way line 588.6 feet; thence continuing along said right -of -way line 565009115 "W, 27.6 feet; thence 501032'15 "W, 1175.0 feet; thence S87035111"E, 1268.3 feet to the Point of Beginning; and containing 38.06 acres, more or less: From "R -2" Single Family and "C -2" Shopping Center District to "C -4" Open Display District. (Southwest corner of Colonel Glenn Road and I -430) SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 2 y,.
