AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -6084 - Described as part of the SW 1/4, NW
1/4, Section 15, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, and being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast, corner of
said SW 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 15; thence
N89 057106 11W (N89 045117 11W measured) 632.24
feet to the Point of Beginning; thence
N89057106 11W 357.84 feet; thence
N00 008132 11E 771.35 feet to the point of
curvature of a curve to the NW; thence
Northwesterly along the centerline of a
537.57 foot radius curve a distance of
432.38 feet (chord bearing and distance of
N220541W 420.82 feet) to a point; thence
along a 536.49 foot radius curve to the
right a distance of 195.0 feet (chord
bearing and distance of N36 003130 11W 193.93
feet) to a point on the North line of said
SW 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 15; thence
S89 058'25 "E (S89 052'35 "E measured) 631.15
feet; thence S000071E 1314.72 feet to the
Point of Beginning, containing 11.990
acres, more or less; from "R -2" Single
Family District to 110 -3" General Office
District. (Northeast corner of South
Shackleford Road and West 36th Street)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district
map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
