AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF
MASTER STREET PLAN RIGHT -OF -WAY DEDICATION
ON LOUISIANA STREET FOR ST. VINCENT INFIRMARY
MEDICAL CENTER LOCATED IN BLOCK 88 OF THE
ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for
waiver of certain requirements within the Subdivision Regulations and Master Street Plan of
the City of Little Rock for St. Vincent Infirmary Medical Center, Little Rock, Arkansas as
follows:
Subsection a. That Chapter 31 which requires additional right -of -way
dedication on Louisiana Street per Master Street Plan for the proposed
construction of a MetroCentre Health Clinic to be located between 8 & 9th
Streets; and Louisiana and Center Streets be waived.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
