AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT - COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TITLED
COPY SYSTEMS -- SHORT -FORM PD -C (Z- 4550 -A),
LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF W. 9TH. ST.,
BETWEEN S. GAINES. AND S. STATE STS.,
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
REVOKING ORDINANCE NO. 14,904, DATED
JULY 2, 1985, AND AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF.DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from PCD to PD -C.
A parcel of land in Section 3, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, and
located on the south side of W. 9th. St., between S.
Gaines St. and S. State St., Little Rock, Arkansas,
being more particularly described as follows:
Lots 1, 2, 10, 11, and 12, plus that portion of the
alley closed by Ordinance No. 14,868, dated April 16,
1985, lying adjacent to and abutting Lots 1, 2, 10, 11,
and 12, all in Block 174, Original City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan/
plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for COPY SYSTEMS -- SHORT -FORM PD -C is condi-
tioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time
specified by Chapter 36- 454(d) of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to
the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
