AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 31 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING
FOR A VARIANCE OF STREET STANDARDS
FOR LOYOLA DRIVE EXTENSION AND
VILLAGE COMMONS ROAD WITHIN THE
VILLAGES OF WELLINGTON.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Section 31, Subdivision, of the Little Rock City Code be
amended to provide for variance of certain requirements within the Subdivision
Ordinance and Master Street Plan of the City of Little Rock for Loyola Drive Extension
and Village Commons Road within the Villages of Wellington.
Subsection a. That Section 31, Subdivision, of the Little Rock City
Code be amended for the purposes of providing for a variance of
the collector street standards of the Master Street Plan. That
Section 31 -209 be amended to permit a 31 foot collector for a
portion of a length of Loyola Drive and Village Commons Road.
That this reduced section applies to the length described in the
attached Exhibit "A ". This variance is subject to additional
widening-'at a later date to accommodate center turn lanes as
required when streets or drives take access from these reduced
width collectors.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and
after its passage.
