AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT- OFFICE DISTRICT TITLED
PIEDMONT OFFICE PARK -- SHORT -FORM PD -O
(Z- 6060), LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF
CANTRELL RD., APPROXIMATELY 0.1 MILE
EAST OF SAM PECK RD., IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER
36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from R -2 to PD -O.
A parcel of land in Section 20, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, and
located on the south side of Cantrell Rd.,
approximately 0.1 mile east of Sam Peck Rd., Little
Rock, Arkansas, being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the NE corner of Lot 44, Piedmont
Subdivision; THENCE N88011147 "W along the N line of
said Lot 44, 424.121; THENCE N01 048101 "E along the E
line of the pipestem portion of said Lot 44, 341.67' to
the S ROW line of Arkansas State Highway No. 10; THENCE
S83 010152 11E along said S ROW line 13.611; THENCE
S89 058131 "E along said S ROW line 203.451; THENCE
N8800914911E along said S ROW line, 143.331; THENCE
N87 026149 11E along said S ROW line, 150.811; THENCE
S01 °21109 "W, 136.091; THENCE S86 021158 "W 4.001; THENCE

POB, containing 3.8313 acres, more or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planing Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for PIEDMONT OFFICE PARK -- SHORT -FORM PD -O is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the
time specified by Chapter 36- 454(d) of the Code of
Ordinances.
