-AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY LAND USE
PLAN (16,222) IN THE CENTRAL CITY
DISTRICT, WEST OF BRAGG FROM 23TH TO 24TH
STREETS FROM SINGLE FAMILY TO MIXED USE
AND FOR OTHER MATTERS.
WHEREAS, the. Planning Staff finds it is appropriate to
amend the Plan to allow for alternative uses, while
attempting to. protect the single family homes in the area;
and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission after discussion of the
issue at a public hearing agrees that the Plan should be
amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. An area west of Bragg from 23rd to 24th
Streets is changed from Single Family to Mixed Use.
SECTION 2. The Plan Map is amended as shown on the
attached sketch map.
