AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
THE SIDEWALK REQUIREMENTS FOR RIVERS EDGE
OFFICE BUILDING, TRACT 4R, RIVER FRONT
ADDITION (BP94 -153), LOCATED AT 2222
COTTONDALE LANE, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for
deferral of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan of the
City of Little Rock for Rivers Edge Office Building, located at 2222 Cottondale Lane, as
follows:
Subsection a. That Chapter 31 be deferred for up to 5 years or until the
construction of abutting sidewalk for the purpose of complying with
conditions pursuant to a building permit issued by the Department of
Neighborhoods and Planning allowing for the construction of a 26,544
sq. ft. office building to be located at 2222 Cottondale Lane.
The specific improvement to be deferral is a 4 foot wide sidewalk
extending approximately 120 feet along Tract 4R frontage on
Cottondale Lane.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
