AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A
DEFERRAL OF THE SUBDIVISION REGULATION
WHICH REQUIRES PROPER SUBDIVISION OF LAND,
FOR A 10 -ACRE TRACT OWNED BY THE
L. P. JENKINS FAMILY (5- 1091), LOCATED ON
THE NORTH SIDE OF CRYSTAL VALLEY RD.,
APPROXIMATELY 0.4 MILE NORTH OF
STAGECOACH RD., OUTSIDE THE CITY LIMITS,
AT 8233 CRYSTAL VALLEY RD., LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of
Ordinances be amended to provide for a deferral of certain
requirements within the Subdivision Regulations of the City
of Little Rock for a 10 -acre tract owned by the L. P.
JENKINS FAMILY (5- 1091),located on the north side of Crystal
Valley Rd., approximately 0.4 mile north of Stagecoach Rd.,
outside the City Limits, at 8233 Crystal Valley Rd., as
follows:
Subsection a. That a deferral be approved of the
provisions of Section 31 -5, which states that all
divisions of a tract or parcel of land into one or more
lots, building sites, or other divisions for the
purpose, whether immediate or future, for sale or
building development, shall be considered a subdivision
and are subject to the City's Subdivision Regulations,
said deferral being approved until such time that any
of the 10 acre tract is sold, or until any future
subdivisions of the land take place.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage.
