HomeMy WebLinkAbout171210 ORDINANCE NO. 17,121 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER FROM THE SUBDIVISION REGULATION WHICH PROHIBITS DOUBLE - FRONTAGE LOTS FOR POINT WEST 6TH. ADDITION (5- 54 -U), LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF KANIS RD., APPROXIMATELY 0.25 MILE WEST OF POINT WEST DR., LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a waiver of certain requirements within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for POINT WEST 6TH. ADDITION (5- 54 -U), located on the south side of Kanis Rd., approximately 0.25 mile west of Point West Dr., as follows: Subsection a. That Section 31- 232.d, which states that double- frontage lots are prohibited, be waived to permit Lots 41 through 50 to have frontages on both Gamble Rd. and Misty Glenn Dr. SECTION 2.
