AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY LAND USE
PLAN (16,222) IN THE 65TH STREET EAST
DISTRICT, EITHER SIDE OF MYERSON DRIVE,
EAST OF GEYER SPRINGS ROAD, FROM
INDUSTRIAL TO SUBURBAN OFFICE AND MIXED
USE, AND FOR OTHER MATTERS.
WHEREAS, the Planning Staff after review of the area
finds it is appropriate to amend the Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission after discussion of the
issue at a public hearing agrees that the Plan should be
amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Either side of Myerson Drive, east of Geyer
Springs is changed from Industrial to Suburban Office.
SECTION 2. Either side of Myerson Drive east of the
proposed Suburban Office area to the terminus of Myerson is
changed from Industrial to Mixed Use.
SECTION 3. The Plan Map is amended as shown on the
attached sketch map.
