AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
OFFICE DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT TITLED
GLOBAL LEARNING COMMUNITY SERVICES
CENTER, INC. -- SHORT -FORM POD (Z- 6062),
AND LOCATED AT 1814 -16, 1818 -20, AND
1822 -24 MCALMONT ST., IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from R -4 to POD.
A parcel of land in Section 11, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, and
located at 1814 -16, 1818 -20, and 1822 -24 McAlmont St.,
Little Rock, Arkansas, being more particularly
described as follows:
Lot 5, Block B, Oak Glen Addition, LESS AND EXCEPT,
Beginning at the SE corner of Lot 5, THENCE W 69.54' to
the westerly ROW line of 1 -30; THENCE northeasterly and
along said ROW 54.01; THENCE E along the N line Of Lot
5, a distance of 50.41; THENCE S along the E line of
Lot 5, 50.3' to the POB.

Lot 6, Block B, Oak Glen Addition, LESS AND EXCEPT,
Beginning at the SE corner Of Lot 6, THENCE W 50.04' to
the westerly ROW line of 1 -30; THENCE northeasterly and
along said ROW 54.01; THENCE E along the N line of Lot
6, a distance of 31.31; THENCE S along the E line of
Lot 6, 50.0' to the POB.

Lot 7, Block B, Oak Glen Addition, LESS AND EXCEPT,
Beginning at the SE corner of Lot 7, THENCE W 31.3' to
the westerly ROW line of I -30; THENCE northeasterly and
along said ROW 54.01; THENCE E along the N line of Lot
7, a distance of 12.21; THENCE S along the E line of
Lot 7, 50.3' to the POB.
Said described property containing 0.389 acres, more or
less.

SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planing Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for GLOBAL LEARNING COMMUNITY SERVICES CENTER,
INC. -- SHORT -FORM POD (Z -6062) is conditioned upon
obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by
Chapter 36- 454(d) of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, and designated district map be and it is hereby
amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect
and be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
