AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY LAND USE
PLAN (16,222) IN THE CENTRAL CITY
DISTRICT, WEST OF I -30 BETWEEN 18TH AND
19TH STREETS FROM SINGLE FAMILY TO PUBLIC
INSTITUTIONAL, AND FOR OTHER MATTERS.
WHEREAS, the Planning Staff finds it appropriate to
amend the Plan to Public Institutional; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning''Commission after discussion of the
issue at a public hearing recommends that the Plan be
amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. An area west of I -30 between 18th and 19th
Streets is changed from Single Family to Public
Institutional.
SECTION 2. The Plan Map is amended as shown on the
attached sketch map.
