ORDINANCE NO. 17,089
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
OFFICE DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT TITLED
CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL MUSEUM -- SHORT -
FORM POD (Z- 6080), AND LOCATED AT THE
SOUTHEAST, NORTHEAST, AND NORTHWEST
CORNERS OF THE INTERSECTION OF W. 14TH.
ST. AND S. PARR ST., IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER
36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from R -3, R -4, and
I -2 to POD.
A parcel of land in Section 9, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, and
located at the southeast, northeast, and northwest
corners of the intersection of W. 14th. St. and S. Park
St., Little Rock, Arkansas, being more particularly
described as follows:
Lots 8, 9, 10, 11, & 12, Block 4, Park Addition; AND,
all of Block 5, Park Addition; AND,
the south 50' of Lots 10, 11, & 12, Block 6, Park
Addition; AND,
the north 100' of Lots 2 & 3, Block 15, McDonald and
Wheeler Addition, AND,
Part of Block 15, McDonald and Wheeler Addition, more
particularly described as follows, to wit: Beginning
120' E of the SE corner of the intersection of W. 14th.
St. and Park St.; THENCE S 1001; THENCE E 441; THENCE N
50'; THENCE E 16'; THENCE N 50'; THENCE W along the
south boundary of W. 14th. St. to the POB.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planing Commission.

SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL MUSEUM -- SHORT -FORM
POD (Z -6080) is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan
approval within the time specified by Chapter 36- 454(d) of
the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, and designated district map be and it is hereby
amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect
and be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
