AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A
DEFERRAL FROM THE REQUIREMENT TO CONSTRUCT
A SIDEWALK ALONG THE GREEN MOUNTAIN DR.
FRONTAGE OF CHARNLEY ADDITION -- SHORT -FORM
PD -R (Z- 6059), LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF
GREEN MOUNTAIN DR., APPROXIMATELY 0.25 MILE
NORTH OF MARA LYNN RD., IMMEDIATELY SOUTH
OF THE ETHAN ALLEN DR. INTERSECTION,
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of
Ordinances be amended to provide for a DEFERRAL from certain
requirements within the Subdivision Regulations of the City
of Little Rock for CHARNLEY ADDITION -- SHORT -FORM PD -R (Z-
6059), as follows:
Subsection a. That a DEFERRAL for a period of
five (5) years, or until there is a public or private
improvements project involving construction of
sidewalks along Green Mountain Dr. abutting the
Charnley Addition -- Short -Form PD -R site, whichever
comes sooner, be approved from the provision of Section
31 -201, which requires that, whenever a development
abuts a partially dedicated or constructed public
street, the developer is required to provide one -half
the required improvements, and Section 31 -20'9, which
requires a sidewalk along the boundary street frontage
of the development.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage.
