AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT - COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TITLED
T. H. J. R. ADDITION -- SHORT -FORM PD -C
(Z- 5258), AND LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE
OF W. MARKHAM ST., APPROXIMATELY 0.2 MILE
EAST OF THE CHENAL PARKWAY INTERSECTION,
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from C -3 to PD -C.
A parcel of land in Section 4, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, and
located on the north side of w. Markham St.,
approximately 0.2 mile east of the Chenal Parkway
intersection, Little Rock, Arkansas, being more
particularly described as follows:
A parcel, being the north 364.56 feet of a tract
beginning at the SW corner of the NW 1/4, NW 1/4 of
said Section 4, 450.06' to a point; THENCE S43 017134 "E,
634.33' to a point on the S line of said NW 1/4, NW
1/4; THENCE 00 040111 "W, 75.81' to a point on the N ROW
line of W Markham St.; THENCE Westerly along said N ROW
line of W. Markham St. to following bearings and
distances: S79 050141 "w, 62.561; N88 051'39 "W, 200.0',
and N82 057114 11W, 179.68' to a point on the W line of
said Section 4; THENCE N00 037'56 "E along said W line,
72.50' to the POB, containing 1.5 acre, more or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planing Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for T. H. J. R. ADDITION -- SHORT -FORM PD -C
(Z -5258) is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval
within the time specified by Chapter 36- 454(d) of the Code
of Ordinances.

SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, and designated district map be and it is hereby
amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect
and be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
