AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 3592 -H - Described as follows: Part of
the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 and
part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast
1/4, all in Section 9, Township 1 North,
Range 13 West, Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said
Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, thence
along the East line of said SE 1/4, NW
1/4, North 00020132" West 491.83 feet to a
point on the proposed centerline of
Executive Center Drive and the POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence Westerly along the
proposed centerline of Executive Center
Drive to a point on the centerline of
Bowman Road; thence Northerly along said
centerline to the intersection of the
centerline of Bowman Road with the North
line of said SE 1/4, NW 1/4; thence along
the North line of said SE 1/4, NW 1/4,
North 89025151" East 1169.85 feet; thence

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district
map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
