HomeMy WebLinkAbout17081ORDINANCE NO. 17.081 3 6 14 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated: Z- 3592 -H - Described as follows: Part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 and part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4, all in Section 9, Township 1 North, Range 13 West, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, thence along the East line of said SE 1/4, NW 1/4, North 00020132" West 491.83 feet to a point on the proposed centerline of Executive Center Drive and the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence Westerly along the proposed centerline of Executive Center Drive to a point on the centerline of Bowman Road; thence Northerly along said centerline to the intersection of the centerline of Bowman Road with the North line of said SE 1/4, NW 1/4; thence along the North line of said SE 1/4, NW 1/4, North 89025151" East 1169.85 feet; thence South 00053100" East 241.04 feet; thence South 29056 26" East 584.86 feet to a point on the proposed centerline of Executive Center Drive; thence along said proposed centerline of Executive Center Drive, South 48051107" West 5.24 feet; thence continuing along the proposed centerline of Executive Center Drive on a curve to the right having a radius of 450.00 feet, an arc distance of 177.29 feet and a chord bearing and distance of South 60008 19" West 176.15 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 21.327 acres, more or less: From "MF -1211 Multifamily District to 110-3" General Office District; �r Part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 and part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4, all in Section 9, Township 1 North, Range 13 West, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas , more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4; thence along the East line of said SE 1/4, NW 1/4, North 00020'32" West 200.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence South 69002132" West 200.00 feet; thence North 89031150" West 1139.18 feet to a point on the centerline of Bowman Road; thence Northerly along said centerline to the intersection of the centerline of Bowman Road with the proposed centerline of Executive Center Drive; thence Easterly along the proposed centerline of Executive Center Drive to a point on the East line of said SE 1/4, NW 1/4; thence continuing along the proposed centerline of Executive Center Drive on a curve to the left having a radius of 450.00 feet, an arc distance of 177.29 feet and a chord bearing and distance of North 60008119" East 176.15 feet; thence continuing along the proposed centerline of Executive Center Drive North 48051107" East 321.28 feet; thence South 39000124" East 285.15 feet; thence North89058121" East 550.09 feet to a point on the westerly right -of -way line of Centerview drive; thence along said right - of -way line on a curve to the left having a radius of 930.00 feet, an arc distance of 86.17 feet and a chord bearing and distance of South 28019'52" East 86.14 feet; thence continuing along said right - of -way line South 31001139" East 316.58 feet; thence North 89057'54" West 1345.46 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 21.202 acres, more or less: From 'IMF-1211 Multifamily District and 110-1" Quiet Office District to "O -1" Quiet Office District. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
