AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY LAND USE
PLAN (16,222) IN THE I -430 DISTRICT, EAST
OF BOWMAN ROAD AND NORTH OF SANDPIPER
WEST SUBDIVISION FROM LOW DENSITY
MULTIFAMILY TO SUBURBAN OFFICE, AND FOR
OTHER MATTERS.
WHEREAS, the Neighborhoods and Planning Staff recommends
a Plan change to Suburban Office; and,
WHEREAS, after discussion of the issue at a public
hearing the Planning Commission recommends that the Plan be
amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. An area east of Bowman Road and north of
the Sandpiper West Subdivision is changed from Low Density
Multifamily to Suburban Office.
SECTION 2. The Plan Map is amended as shown on the
attached sketch map.
