2 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 16,797 ("THE 1995 BUDGET
3 ORDINANCE "); APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR THE
4 PURCHASE OF VEHICLE REPAIR PARTS BY FLEET SERVICES FUND;
5 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 WHEREAS, on December 14, 1994, the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock,
8 Arkansas passed the 1995 Budget Ordinance for the City of Little Rock; and
9
10 WHEREAS, it has been determined that budgeted funds for the acquisition of repair
11 parts for the City's vehicle fleet are inadequate; and
12 WHEREAS, the City's Third Quarter Financial Report indicated that additional funds
13 are available for appropriation in the General and Waste Disposal Revenue Funds to meet this
14
need.

16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
17 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:

19 SECTION 1. The sum of $190,000 is hereby appropriated for the purchase of vehicle
20 repair and replacement parts by the Fleet Services Fund, of which $112,100 is appropriated from
21 the General Fund Balance and $77,900 is appropriated from the retained earnings of the Waste
22 Disposal Revenue Fund. The 1995 Program Budget Summary attached to Ordinance No.
23 16,797, the 1995 Budget Ordinance, is hereby amended as follows to increase the budgets for the
24 following organizations:
