AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -6064 - Described as part of the NW 1/4,
NE 1/4, Section 33, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, being more particularly
described as:
Beginning at a point 661.1 feet South of
the Northwest corner of said NW 1/4 NE
1/4; thence 566004' 412.6 feet to a point
on the westerly right -of -way line of
Stagecoach Road; thence S250341W, 176 feet
along said westerly right -of -way line;
thence N650231W, 341 feet to a point on
the West line of said NW 1/4 NE 1/4;
thence North 186 feet along said West line
the point of beginning, containing 1.5
acres more or less: From "R -2" Single
Family District to 110-11, Quiet Office
District. (7610 Stagecoach Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district
map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
