ORDINANCE NO. 17,059
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY LAND USE PLAN
(16,222) IN THE OTTER CREEK AND CRYSTAL
VALLEY DISTRICTS, ALONG STAGECOACH ROAD
BETWEEN I -430 AND MCHENRY CREEK FROM SINGLE
FAMILY TO COMMERCIAL, MIXED USE AND
PARR /OPEN SPACE AND FOR OTHER MATTERS.
WHEREAS, the Planning Staff finds it is appropriate to amend
the Plan at this time; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission after discussion of the
issue at public hearing agrees that the Plan should be amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. An area at the northeast corner of the 1-
430 /Stagecoach Road interchange is changed from Single Family to
Commercial.
SECTION 2. The floodway /floodplain of McHenry Creek north
of Stagecoach Road is changed from Single Family to Park /Open
Space. This is a priority two open space corridor or the Master
Parks Plan.
SECTION 3. The area between the Park /Open Space for McHenry
Creek and the Commercial at the I- 430 /Stagecoach interchange on
both sides of Stagecoach Road is changed from Single Family to
Mixed Use.
SECTION 4. The Plan Map is amended as shown on the attached
Sketch Map.
