ORDINANCE NO. 17,058
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -6035 - Described as Lot 3, Block 22, Town
of Mabelvale and part of Lot 2, Block 22,
Town of Mabelvale, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described,
to -wit:
Beginning at the point of intersection of
westerly line of Elm Street with line
common to Lots 2 and 3, Town of Mabelvale;
run thence Southeasterly in a direction
along the westerly line of Elm Street 25
feet; thence Southwesterly direction
parallel to line common to said Lots 2 and
3, a distance of 142 feet to part of rear
lot line of Lot 2; thence Northwesterly
direction along rear lot line of Lot 2;
thence Northeasterly along lot common to
Lots 2 and 3, a distance of 142 feet to the
point of beginning: From "R -2" Single
Family District to 110 -3" General Office
District. (10124 Darrie Drive)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district
map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
