ORDINANCE NO. 17,057
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 4789 -A - Described as all of Lots 4, 5,
6, 7 and 8, Edwards Subdivision, Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas; less and
except the North 400 feet of Lots 7 and 8,
Edwards Subdivision: From "R -2" Single
Family District and 'IMF-180 Multifamily
District to 110 -3" General Office District.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district
map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in
Section 1 hereof,
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
