ORDINANCE NO. 17,055
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 3206 -A - Described as Tracts 51, 52, 61
and 62, all in West Highland Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, more
particularly described as:
BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of said
Tract 51, also being on the West right -of -way
line of Mason Street; thence along the East
line of said Tracts 51 and 62 (also the West
right -of -way line of Mason Street), South
O1 042155" West 504.07 feet to a point on the
North right -of -way line of Kanis Road and the
Southeast corner of Tract 62; thence along
said North right -of -way line on a curve to the
left having a radius of 1018.67 feet, an arc
distance of 321.30 feet and a chord bearing
and distance of North 70043,5911 West 319.97
feet to the Southwest corner of Tract 62, said
point also being the Southeast corner of Tract
61; thence continuing along said right -of -way
line on a curve to the left having a radius of
1018.67 feet, an arc distance of 314.22 and a
chord bearing and distance of North 88 036120"
West 312.97 feet to the Southwest corner of
Tract 61; thence along the West line of Tracts
61 and 52 (also being along the East side of a
30 foot wide unnamed right -of -way), North
0205014011 East 417.00 feet to the Northwest
corner of Tract 52; thence along the North
line of Tract 52 South 87033,41" East 305.39
feet to the Northeast corner of Tract 52, said
point also being the Northwest corner of Tract
51, said thence South 87 034'52" East 304.48
feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing
6.022 acres, more or less: From 110-3"
General Office District to "C -211 Shopping
Center District. (11000 Block of Kanis Road,
north side)

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district
map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
