AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF
THE SIDEWALK REQUIREMENTS FOR NAPA AUTO
PARTS LOCATED AT 7400 ENMAR DRIVE,
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide
for waiver of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street
Plan of the City of Little Rock for Napa Auto Parts located at 7400 Enmar Drive, as
follows:
Subsection a. That Chapter 31 be waived for the purpose of
complying with conditions pursuant to a building permit issued by
the Department of Neighborhoods and Planning allowing for the
construction of a parking lot to be located at 7400 Enmar Drive.
The specific improvement to be waived is a 4 foot wide sidewalk
extending approximately 200 feet along the west side of Enmar
Drive in front of an industrial building property.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after
its passage.
