AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
z -6011 - Described as a part of the SE 1/4,
SW 1/4, Section 3, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described
as follows:
Commencing at the SW corner of the SE 1/4, SW
1/4, Section 3, thence run S89020'E 630 feet
along the centerline of Mabelvale West Road
to the point of beginning, thence N000401B
220.0 feet, thence N890201W 210.0 feet,
thence N04030'E 110.0 feet, thence S890151E
150.0 feet, thence N040031W 290.4 feet,

SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 36 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map
be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in
Section 1 hereof.

full force from and after its passage and approval.
