PLAN (16,222) IN THE
DISTRICT, CHANGING AN
RESIDENTIAL TO OFFICE
NORTHWEST BOUNDARY OF
OTHER MATTERS.

ALONG THE
MABELVALE AND FOR
WHEREAS, the Planning Staff reviewed the area and
believes it is appropriate to amend the plan at this time;
and,
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission after
conducting a public hearing agrees that the Plan should be
amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. An area north of Mabelvale West Road and
northwest of Mabelvale Main is changed from Mixed Resident to
Office.
SECTION 2. The adopted Plan map is changed as shown on
the attached sketch.
