AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR
A WAIVER OF THE REQUIREMENT TO PROVIDE
AN ALL- WEATHER DRIVING SURFACE AT
INTERNAL DRIVEWAYS AND PARKING AREAS
FOR TEN -MILE HOUSE -- LONG -FORM PRD .
(Z- 5908), LOCATED AT 6915 STAGECOACH
ROAD, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of
Ordinances be amended to provide for a waiver of certain
requirements within the Subdivision Regulations of the City
of Little Rock for TEN -MILE HOUSE -- LONG -FORM PRD (Z- 5908),
and located at 6915 Stagecoach Rd., as follows:
Subsection a. That the requirements of Section 31 -210
be waived which requires internal driveways and parking
areas to have all- weather driving surfaces, and permit
the internal driveways and parking areas associated
with the TEN -MILE HOUSE to remain gravel, subject to
the first 100 feet of the driveways exiting from the
State Highway shall conform to the regulations, and an
approved means being provided at all driveways and
parking areas to separate these gravel areas from
landscape areas and to control migration of gravel onto
abutting landscape areas.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage.
