AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TITLED TEN -MILE
HOUSE -- LONG -FORM PRD (Z- 5908), AND
LOCATED AT 6915 STAGECOACH ROAD, IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from R -2 to PRD.
A parcel of land in Section 28, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, and
located at 6915 Stagecoach Rd., Little Rock, Arkansas,
being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the HE corner of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4
of said Section 28, T -1 -N, R -13 -W; THENCE S 00041139" E
970.63' to a 1" diameter pipe; THENCE N 82025100" w
24.42' to a 1" bar; THENCE N 07039'00" W 188.70' TO a
#5 rebar with cap and the POB; THENCE S 56009'39" W
664.53' to a #5 rebar with cap; THENCE S 86051100" w
498.03' to the S ROW line of Arkansas State Highway #5;
THENCE N 55030'00" E 9.49' along said S ROW line;
THENCE N 53036'00" E 659.30' along said S ROW line;
THENCE N 54010100" E 338.50' along said S ROW line;
THENCE N 49020'00" E 248.00'; departing from said S ROW
line; THENCE S 07039100" E 362.20' to the POs,
containing 6.28 acres, more or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planing Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for TEN -MILE HOUSE -- LONG -FORM PRD (Z -5908) is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the
time specified by Chapter 36- 454(d) of the Code of
Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, and designated district map be and it is hereby
amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1
hereof.

SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect
and be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
