HomeMy WebLinkAbout170131 OA 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 33 34 35 36 • 459 NO. 17,013 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE FUTURE EAST BOUNDARY STREET WHICH ARE IN EXCESS OF THOSE AGREED -TO IMPROVEMENTS IN THE 1990 PCD APPROVAL FOR ONE - SOURCE HOME CENTER -- AMENDED LONG -FORM PCD (Z- 4933 -D) AND LOCATED AT 15707 CHENAL PARKWAY, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a waiver of certain requirements within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for ONE SOURCE HOME CENTER -- AMENDED LONG -FORM PCD (Z- 4933 -D), and located at 15707 Chenal Parkway., as follows: (a) That, pursuant to the agreement reached between the developer and the City when the original PCD was approved in 1990, the developer will provide right -of -way and street construction for the north half of the east boundary street, to include construction of the full width of a curb - and - gutter street section to City standards, but without sidewalks on either side, limited to the City Engineer estimated cost of construction one -half of the length of the east boundary street, with sidewalks, as originally aligned in the original PCD site plan, with the understanding that a portion of the north end of the east boundary street will be "temporary" construction to permit re- construction of the intersection of the east boundary street at Chenal Parkway.
