AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A
DEFERRAL FROM THE REQUIREMENTS TO REMOVE
THE NORTHERN -MOST DRIVE APPROACH TO THE
EAST PARKING LOT FROM THE EAST BOUNDARY
STREET FOR ONE - SOURCE HOME CENTER --
AMENDED LONG -FORM PCD (Z- 4933 -D) AND
LOCATED AT 15707 CHENAL PARKWAY,
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of
Ordinances be amended to provide for a deferral of certain
requirements within the Subdivision Regulations of the City
of Little Rock for ONE SOURCE HOME CENTER -- AMENDED LONG -
FORM PCD (Z- 4933 -D), and located at 15707 Chanel Parkway.,
as follows:
Subsection a: That, pursuant to Sec. 31 -210 which
restricts the location of access drives at the
intersection of minor arterials, the requirement to
remove the northern-most drive from the east parking
area at its entrance to the future east boundary street
be deferred until the east boundary street is
constructed and extended to its intersection with Kanis
Rd., and, at which time, the southern -most drive
approach may be widened to the maximum allowable width.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage.
