AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF
SIDEWALK, CURB AND GUTTER, STREET PAVEMENT
AND UNDERGROUND DRAINAGE REQUIREMENTS FOR
CALVARY APOSTOLIC U.P.C. CHURCH,
PRELIMINARY PLAT AT 9400 BLOCK OF
STAGECOACH ROAD (S- 1084).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances
be amended to provide for waiver of certain requirements
within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little
Rock for Calvary Apostolic, U.P.C. Preliminary Plat (5 -1084)
as follows:
Subsection a. That Chapter 31, Section 31.201 be
amended to provide for a deferral for a period of two
years, of required sidewalk, curb and gutter, street
pavement and underground drainage for Stagecoach Road,
(Arkansas Highway No. 5) along the west boundary of the
plat.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage.
