ORDINANCE NO. 17,006
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.-
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -6041 - Described as the North 120 feet
of the South 300 feet of the East 132
feet, and the South 180 feet of the East
216 feet, Tract 1, Wallace Baseline Acres,
Little Rock, Arkansas from "R -5" Urban
Residence District to "C -3" General
Commercial District; less and except the
South 50 feet thereof from "R -5" Urban
Residence District to "OS" Open Space
District. (9017 Gardner Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district
map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
