ORDINANCE NO. 16,999
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 3632 -B - Described as: A part of the
South 1/2, West 1/2, NW 1/4, NW 1/4,
Section 10, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as:
Beginning at a point on the East right -of-
way line of Shackleford Road, being
587042110 11E, 40.00 feet from the SW corner
of the said South 1/2, West 1/2, NW 1/4,
NW 1/4, Section 10; thence N01001146 11E
along the said East right -of -way line,
225.07 feet; thence S87054108 "E, 611.90
feet; thence S02059'46,,W, 227.17 feet to
the Southwest corner of the said South
1/2, West 1/2, NW 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 10;
thence N87042110 11W along the South line of
the said South 1/2, West 1/2, NW 1/4, NW
1/4, 621.36 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 137,464 square feet
or 3.1557 acres more or less from 110 -3"

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district
map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
