ORDINANCE NO. 16,983
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE THREE MILE EXTRATERRITORIAL
ZONING JURISDICTION OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -6031 - Described as part of the SE 1/4 SW
1/4 of Section 25, T -1 -N, R -14 -W, in Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described
as follows:
Commence at the Northeast corner of said SE
1/4 SW 1/4; thence 5890541 West 506.7 feet to
the point of intersection of West line of
Shaner Road and the North line of said SE 1/4
SW 1/4; thence S390241 West along Shaner Road
185.3 feet to a point; thence 512033' West
99.5 feet; thence 56038' East 60.3 feet to a
point of beginning of property described
herein; thence S60 38' West 221.5 feet;
thence 5890111 West 230.1 feet; thence
N23052' West 78.3 feet; thence N41005' West
96.2 feet; thence N7023' East 78.7 feet;
thence N89048' East 340.5 feet to the point
of beginning being also described as Tract 11
of unrecorded Plat of Foxwood Estates, by G.
A. Denham, dated March, 1966 from "R -2"
Single Family District to "AF" Agriculture
and Forestry District. (6701 Shaner Circle)
SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 36 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map
be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in
Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
