HomeMy WebLinkAbout16975ORDINANCE NO. 16,975 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING FOR A VARIANCE OF THE MASTER STREET PLAN RIGHT -OF -WAY REQUIREMENTS FOR CEDAR HILL ROAD FOR LOT 6, RIVERSIDE COMMERCIAL PARK SUBDIVISION, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a variance from the Master Street Plan right -of -way requirements on Cedar Hill Road for Lot 6, Riverside Commercial Subdivision, located at the southwest corner of Cedar Hill Road and Rebsamen Park Road, as follows: Subsection a. That Section 31 -282, which requires compliance with the Master Street Plan and also requires commercial streets to have a right -of -way of 60 feet, be varied to permit the 25 foot from centerline platted right -of -way to remain and to permit a 5 foot drainage and utility easement to substitute for the Master Street Plan right -of- way. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
