AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR
A 5 -YEAR DEFERRAL OF THE SIDEWALK
REQUIREMENT FOR UNITED ENGINES
LOCATED AT 94011-30 ON LOTS 3 & 5
TRIANGLE PROPERTIES INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT,
LITTLE ROCK ARKANSAS
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide
for a 5 -year deferral of certain requirements within the subdivision regulations of the City
of Little Rock for United Engines 94011-30 Lots 3 &5, Triangle Properties Industrial
District, as follows:
Subsection a. That the requirements of Section 31 -282
of the Subdivision regulations, which requires that side-
walks be located on both sides of the street be deferred
for a period of 5years. The specific improvement to be
deferred is a 4 foot sidewalk extending approximately
700 feet along the west side of Distribution Drive
adjacent to the United Engines property.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
